Helping families in crisis

Family

Today, the socio-economic situation of society is extremely vulnerable. Rising unemployment rates and the spread of negative social phenomena are leading to an increase in the number of families in difficult life circumstances. Obviously, children raised in such families often do not receive the necessary care and are not provided with decent living conditions.

In order to provide systematic and comprehensive assistance to families in difficult life circumstances, since 2005 our charitable organization has been implementing the program “Helping Families in Crisis”.

The program is open to families in difficult financial situations or other difficult life circumstances:
● Low-income families
● families with many children
● single-parent families
● widowers (widows);
● Families with a child with functional limitations
● Young families;
● Guardians or adoptive parents;
● Families in difficult life circumstances;
Families in crisis situations
● Children in the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation
● families with alcohol or drug addiction problems
● Families who have experienced violence
● orphans
Children deprived of parental care.

Within the framework of this program, the organization’s specialists assess the needs of the family, draw up an individual social support plan, and involve family members and service professionals in the implementation of the individual plan. The Foundation’s employees also provide social support for families, conduct weekly inspections of the families under their care, provide them with humanitarian assistance and organize minor cosmetic repairs. Also, if necessary, family members are provided with counseling on overcoming personal and interpersonal problems, as well as on the specifics of child care and upbringing. The program organizes self-help groups for parents in crisis.
